Why we exist

Too many young people are struggling in silence.

Loneliness, anxiety, bullying and the pressures of everyday life are affecting more young people than ever before. Yet many still don't know where to turn, or feel comfortable asking for help.

We created TLC because we believe no young person should have to face life's challenges alone. It's not about replacing professional help. It's about creating meaningful connection before a crisis happens.

Because sometimes one conversation, one check-in, or one person who cares can change everything.

Built with young people

A safe space, built with the people it's for.

Young people helped shape every part of TLC.

From the features and design to the conversations and support tools, the app has been co-designed alongside rangatahi to ensure it reflects real experiences, real challenges, and real needs.

Because the best solutions are created with the people they're designed to support.

The movement

More than an app. A movement for youth wellbeing.

TLC is more than a wellbeing app. It's part of The Lost Club, a movement dedicated to creating a future where every young person feels seen, heard, and connected.

The app is the engine that helps power our wider mission. Every download, subscription, and partnership helps us grow The Lost Club Foundation, supporting youth programmes, community initiatives, and our long-term vision of creating youth hubs where young people can connect, belong, and access support in their own communities.

By choosing TLC, you're doing more than investing in your own wellbeing. You're helping build a future where support exists both online and in the real world.
